Data Deletion Request

Request permanent removal of your CourierSarathi profile, personal records, and Driving License verification documents.

Step 1: Check Account & Active Missions

Enter your registered mobile number or email to inspect account eligibility.

For Indian numbers, you can enter 10 digits directly.

Alternative: In-App Deletion

You can also delete your account directly inside the CourierSarathi mobile app:

  1. Open CourierSarathi app → Tap My Profile.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account Permanently.
  3. Confirm the in-app confirmation modal.

Data Retention Standards

Personal identifiers and DL documents are purged immediately. Anonymized financial logs (such as GST tax receipts and payout settlement IDs) are retained strictly as required by Indian accounting regulations.
