At CourierSarathi, we respect your right to privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: In-App Deletion
Recommended
- Open the CourierSarathi app on your device.
- Go to Settings or Profile.
- Select Account Management.
- Tap on Delete Account and confirm your choice.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to privacy@couriersarathi.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Option 3: Autonomous Web Deletion
Instantly schedule your account for deletion without contacting support. Enter your registered mobile number to verify ownership.
What Data Gets Deleted?
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number).
- Your delivery history and chat logs.
- Any uploaded verification documents.

Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements.
