By accessing or using the CourierSarathi app and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

CourierSarathi provides a platform that connects individuals who want to send packages (Senders) with individuals traveling in the same direction (Sarathis). We do not provide transportation services ourselves and are merely a facilitator.

3. Prohibited Items

Users must NOT use our platform to transport any of the following items:

• Illegal drugs or substances.
• Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials.
• Stolen goods or contraband.
• Any item that violates local or international laws.

4. Liability

CourierSarathi is not liable for any lost, damaged, or delayed items. Users agree to use the service at their own risk. We strongly recommend verifying the items before accepting a delivery request.
